ClusterFinder
ClusterFinder is a program for detecting Galaxy clusters in catalogue data. Currently this tool operates on the RASS-Photon Catalogue and the SDSS Catalogue. GAVO offers a Web-based interface to select a certain region of the sky, for which data is retrieved from the selected catalogue. The data is fed to the ClusterFinder program.For 1 deg2 field, ClusterFinder requires several hours run-time on a single CPU. Therefore, ClusterFinder is suitable for a simple grid-application, which we are running on the GAVO-Grid.
